Is there a limit to how many SPECS I can purchase?

To help make SPECS available to as many customers as possible, purchases are limited to five (5) units per customer.

Which countries do you ship to?

SPECS are currently available for pre-order in the United States, United Kingdom, and France. If SPECS are not yet available in your market, we encourage you to join our waitlist to be notified about future availability and market expansions.

How can I contact the team about enterprise purchases?

If you're interested in purchasing SPECS for your business or organization, please visit our Support page, select Contact Us, and choose "I'm a business or enterprise looking for more information about SPECS." A member of our team will review your inquiry and follow up with additional information.

Will Klarna be available for France and the United Kingdom?

We're working to bring Klarna financing to customers in France and the United Kingdom. While Klarna is not currently available in these markets, we expect support to be available soon. Please check back for future updates and availability.

What should I do if my Klarna application is not approved?

If your Klarna application is not approved, you can still complete your purchase using another accepted payment method. Financing decisions are made directly by Klarna, and we do not have access to the details of their approval process. If you have questions about your application or financing options, please contact Klarna directly for assistance.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Yes. Before your final payment is processed, you can update your order quantity, size selection, payment method, and shipping address. To make changes, click View My Order in your order confirmation email and follow the instructions. Once your final payment has been processed or your order enters fulfillment, changes can no longer be made.

Can I switch payment methods after placing my order?

Yes. Before your final payment is processed, you can update your payment method by selecting View My Order in your order confirmation email. Once your final payment has been processed, payment methods can no longer be changed.

Can I cancel my pre-order after placing it?

Yes. You may cancel your pre-order at any time before your SPECS smart glasses order ships to receive a full refund of your deposit.

What does the One-Year Limited Warranty cover?

SPECS purchases include a One-Year Limited Warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or loss or theft. Please refer to the Limited Warranty for complete terms and conditions.
