The Bakeout Control Unit BCU13 powers various heating zones of heating kjackets and vacuum bakeout systems. Additional Control Options allow independent control of auxiliary heaters ( i.e. Ion Pump Heaters, Gas Line Heating). Up to 250 hours programmable Bakeout Cycles with independent timers. Power Supplies are regulated and stabilized in order to achieve even bakeout conditions. Both, destination temperature and stabilization time of the target temperature in the heating zones are user defined. The Bakeout Control Unit BCU13 is 19" rack mounted.
