NTS NanoDirect
is a unique piezoelectric translation stage with nanometer resolution and
long travel distance (10-100 mm). NTS is based on a proprietary design rotary
motor and works in synchronized closed and open loop modes. The NTS series
combines its unprecedented resolution, accuracy and long travel range, with
up to 3 kg load capacity. The device is the first of its kind to be based
entirely on an advanced DSP-platform using a Windows-XP GUI.
