Titanium Sublimation Pump Control Unit

has developed a power supply to control a typical titanium sublimation pump
through the control computer.
The power supply contains:
- Two independent circuits for titanium sublimation pumps

Selected thyrotakt controllers and transformers adapted to the titanium filaments

Power indicators on the front panel

Manual power adjustment on the front panel

A computer interface by 5 Volt TTL logic signal
Using a multitasking control system like EMERALT, the titanium sublimation pump of the MBE system can be driven economically with CU-TI-R2.
