The
bake unit BU-3-230-32A is used to control the baking of vacuum systems.
- Power supplies for the different heating stages of the bakeout system

A Eurotherm controller to control the bakeout temperature via a type-K thermocouple
-
A timer to control the bakeout time
The computer control of the bake unit is realized either by switching it on or off using a relay or by supplying a 5 Volt TTL logic signal.
