New Near Ambient Temperature Effusion Cell
NATC
The CreaTec near-ambient temperature effusion cell NATC is a unique design to evaporate organic materials in the temperature range between -50 °C and 300 °C. The precise temperature regulation of the (± 0.01 deg) allows very accurate beam flux control. The fuzzy logic control loop ensures, that the actual temperature does not rise above the setpoint, which is essential for some organic materials.
